I know about the productivity calculator at InnerCircle and I've tried to use it but I never seem to get what my managers get. They explained it to me and I still don't get the same thing. This has been going on awhile. Since I'm steadily going down the PM pathway, I was hoping someone could spell it out for me how to calculate my lph or how to use their calculator (I'm likely doing that wrong too).
If possible, use this example: 4 hours of work, 19 jobs, 526.84 ASR lines, no QA lines.
Even though I work full time, my work days overlap, so they just look at the 4 hours every Saturday morning. I use Fluency Manager for line count since that is what I am told they use.
