This company is beyond the worst of the worst. I truly hope you find another job as I wouldn't spend one extra second trying to please them in any way, shape or form. They don't appreciate anything we do. Like you, I tried and tried, was flexible (got me nothing), worked different accounts (got me nothing), helped out when needed, (got me nothing) and in the end, I had enough and quit on the spot, never, ever to look back.
I found another job outside MT and wouldn't never consider doing it again.
