I work for a local cardiology practice. We used to get bonus checks for Christmas which were pretty substantial. Now, unfortunately for the past three years we haven't. They throw a huge Christmas party for the whole medical group of over 300 people, but I'd rather have the money than the party. I guess they think the party is our present since they usually spend a lot of money on it every year.
