does not mean you have the right to work at any time. Oh you can, as long as you find the work available at that particular time. You have to take work as it comes to you whatever time it is. Just because you are an IC does not mean you get everything your way. You have to do what the CUSTOMER says, not what you want. When you are an IC, they are the customer and you have to agree to their terms or look elsewhere for work.
