I think sometimes people are too afraid of change. Like the Devil you know is better than the Devil you DON'T know. Look, Nuance is the DEVIL. PERIOD. I was hired this year in the big ramp up of adding TSMs and MLSs. Then laid off like 4 months later. This was the BEST THING Scruance could have done for me! I was out of work for 2 years before they hired me and now I am getting UE.
Reading the BS that Scruance MTs are going through now with the whole metrics RIPOFF makes me so glad they laid me off. And my TSM was a NIGHTMARE (RSM).
