you must be compensated for time you spend completing training that your employer requires. Lots of companies try to get away with not paying their employees for this by stating that it is not their requirement, but a requirement of their client. Since the client does not compensate the MTSO for the training, the MTSO claims they don't have to pay their employees for it. This is BS. Just ask the Department of Labor.
