ridiculously low. That's what I started out with as an employee years ago. If I were the owner I would be embarrassed to have the word Integrity in the name of my company and offer such a pittance. Integrity means doing the right thing. Expecting an MT to survive on that kind of pay is NOT doing the right thing. I'm glad you're happy there, but it's not for me. I make 7.5 CPL now for straight transcription and even that is too low, but I truly have a flexible schedule.
