Honestly, today is so slow. To load the report, to load any prior reports, to save the report, take like 1 minute each, and I have a great computer and fast internet. I am also having to log in and out a lot more with frozen screens or buttons which don't work.
Maybe to do with the trial or the upgrade whatever it is they're doing? They used to keep us informed about this stuff, but never now. Need to know I guess, and we never do or maybe they are just too lazy to tell us.
If anyone knows why so slow and if it will improve I would appreciate knowing. I am not going to call support unless someone can tell me they did and it helped.
