Are there any companies out there that are - flexible hours

And not IC positions. I took this job years ago for the flexibility; of course, over the past 15 years that got ruined, but it didn't matter. Now I have a grandbaby on the way with parents that work strange, changing hours. Would rather continue working around them to help with my grandbaby, but not looking like that is gonna work out as well as planned.
