When I spent 3 hours of my shift working on hospitals I was unfamiliar with, CP's I could not decipher for the life of me, especially when I know there were just as many late jobs from the accounts I AM familiar with. I knew there was tons of work when I signed on, was expecting a nice chill day, and of course it was anything but.
