This could also be it, and I guess it depends a lot on how far down/up in the nasopharynx/lower oropharyngeal lesion this doctor is working. One place in the dictation it sounds like carina and later on in the report choana sounds closer. I'm going to blank this one but very much appreciate your input. Choana is so specific to that area.
So let's discuss this over a cup of coffee while we're baiting the squirrel trap! ;-)
