The patient has severe degenerative disease of bilateral hips with Perthes-type manifestations with extreme coxa magna and S/L VERSIONAL issues. The doc says it again: I would recommend a presurgical CT to look at S/L VERSIONAL issues with respect to the posterior condyles of the femur and bone stock of the acetabulum. TIA!!!
