Going at my faster pace today, accounts and dictators not too bad, barely have to stop the audio, no interruptions, feel like I'm doing great but my LPH is stuck at 190 according to Fluency. Which translates to less than 150 in reality!! Sometimes I just don't get it. Normally at this pace I'd be at 250 or higher. And it has been like this all morning and won't budge.
LPH increase is so irritating because I can't afford this LPH anyway. I don't need them to hang a threat over my head. I have a utility bill that works just fine. All the tips in the world don't help when this happens. I KNOW all of them, have been through their training twice. Thanks anyway, MModal.
