I had this problem with a slow computer affecting my line count. It was an MM computer, so they replaced it. As far as them replacing it, it is pot luck. The first replacement did not even work. The second one I had to do some clean up (take off someone else's programs), but it is better. Although, I did end up spending $20 and put an additional memory card in to help with the computer handling the newer Fluency which eats up memory.
This is 1 reason I use an MM computer rather than my personal computer. Let all the problems and costs fall on their shoulders. They overnight the new computer.
