Just got put on PM too. I was upset until I actually thought about it. I figure I have about 5-6 months if I don't show improvement. That should just about give me time to finish off school and get a real job. Or else I get fired, collect UE, finish up school even faster and then get a real job. Either way seems like a winner to me.
