I just got an email telling me I was on PM. I replied that I couldn't get into Ultipro and the only response I got on how to improve was to basically clock out any time I wasn't 'typing.' Then I got another email for another PM, thanking me for talking with my HDSM that day which was a FLAT OUT LIE (I did NOT talk to her). Never got any email telling me whether or not I was improving, was getting close, still missing the mark, etc.
I have a mentoring call in a few minutes - is that my positive coaching? This place is a joke!
