Nuance-NTS - MT

I do not understand the new help-wanted post from Nuance. They just laid off all of the their Cali MTs and they claim they have not laid off any MTs in this post? Is that not outright lying if I ever saw it? The help-wanted description looks so dreamy but we all know a snake even in disquise!
