Poor sound quality... report a problem
Background noise heard better than dictator... report a problem (yup, I know that this is dictator problem, but at least it gets reported)
SR missing phrases or critical words and or values (constantly, repeatedly missing respiratory and pulse in PE)... report a problem
Poor dictator that SR has no idea what he/she is saying and no matter how many times we "fix" it SR still no clue... report a problem
SR not recognizing medications that after complaint, after complaint, corrected and corrected again and again and SR still doesn't get it (Eliquis... aliquots?, Elkis?, aloquacious?...).... report a problem.
Yeh, I'm fully aware "Phil" doesn't have a clue how to fix these much less what I'm talking about, but it's going on record that these are continuous and ongoing problems.
