In the previous group (pod), I was on PM for lph. Didn't matter that my lph problem was due to a particular doctor that ended up getting multiple times a shift. Well, that TSM skipped a step and went right to the written warning (step before being fired). I asked her why she skipped a step, but she would never tell me. Fortunately, I got transferred out as there was not enough work in that group. TG the TSM and QA are reasonable people in this group.
