If, somehow, MM is required to make up any of the difference, I'm sure they will either find a way to send more work to India or put more people on part time.
They demoted me to part time so they would not have pay any insurance. I am now so poor with the decreased hours and cut in pay that I qualify for stat- provided (welfare) health insurance. Interesting that, after Obamacare started, the percentage in my state qualifying for state-provided health insurance shot up to 1/3 of the population from less than half that number. Yep, the tax payers pay for my health care, and I'm not proud of that. (yes I am working towards getting out of MT)
