Retroactive to April?!?! This CANNOT be legal. - ticked

How in the world can this be legal? Doesn't employer have to update employee in writing of things that would be considered changes to your employee agreement/job description/offer or whatever it's called. I would think taking your PTO like this would require notification.

I guess it's the same as the Triton pay. They do whatever they want, when they want. I know full well I was paid for headings and subheadings in December, and now I am not. I can't exactly put my finger on when this change occurred as Amphion/Imedx never informed me of this change. My Triton line rate documentation states a line definition is 65 not including headers, footers or spaces. Nothing about headings and subheadings. Very underhanded.
