I quit MT 3 years ago. I made myself sick, no, the MTSO made me sick with fear of making mistakes, what if I don't do this or do that. It is scary, but making the switch to a "job-job" was one of the best things I did. I am still not rich, goodbye to the good money, but I have weekends to do something other than type, benefits, retirement, and no IRS payments.... Do not be afraid to let it all go (embrace the freedom).
