I and another person have spoken to the DOL. We will both be filing claims. If enough people file claims, they will be watched. Unfortunately, people are afraid for their jobs and agree to whatever Imedx/Amphion wants. I noticed months ago that my line count suddenly dropped significantly and when I asked about it was never given an answer. I told HR I have spoken to DOL and they backed off and I told HR if they continued I would be filing a complaint, but I plan on filing one anyway and a claim for money lost. I think their plan is to go all IC and get away without having to pay taxes, minimum wage or unemployment.
