of that is? Clearly it's just a scam to make it appear as if rates are higher than they are, but that's just a unethical scheme. Everyone needs to hound their TSM and HR department demanding an answer why the need to use half lines produced for pay purposes. I'd love to see them provide a sensical answer to this in court.
