Because this program had to be dumbed down so low to compensate for non-English primary MTs, we are stuck fixing asinine errors on a regular basis. These are not ASR "mistakes," they are programmed in to cut errors on their part, all the while, we have to have 99.65% is it now, QA scores to bring the overall company QA score to 98%. I have seen the stuff in docqumanage, there is NO WAY they have the same QA responsibility that we have.
