FutureNet has had this problem for well over three plus years now. They must be advertising almost monthly to replace turnaround of workers due to lack of work, lack of answers, lack of respect for their ICs and staff.

Anyone who works for them should have a backup plan or a second job. The supervisor and others will never give you a reasonable answer to why there is a lack of work, will suggest you work a different shift, and when that also fails, will suggest you alter your shift again, and again, and again. Or, it's because there's less work due to a holiday, pick one, Girl Scout Week, Columbus Day, Flag Day, Ice Cream Day. There's always a holiday to be blamed. She cannot offer you extra accounts, as there is no work available on other accounts, either. They have probably either lost a few more accounts or over hired.

Hope you find a job outside this company.
