for a smaller company. Soooo much less stress. I wish I'd left years ago. At MM, you are not allowed to stand up, stretch, and take a bathroom break without it showing as inactive time. They seem to not get that we are production workers, not hourly, and as long as we are making our quota, back off!! I'm the type that goes super fast for a while, stops for a while, etc., but I always exceed my quota. I just have to do it my way to maintain sanity! God I'm glad to be away from that place.
