Make sure you make a copy of all e-mails and send them to your private e-mail or at least do a print screen and save them to word. Keep a log of everything, DOL will ask a lot of questions. I will not be clocking in and out as I have set hours and I am supposed to be watching the accounts. There is a lot more too. If they make you an IC and you have set hours and are treated like an employee, according to the DOL you are an employee.
