They sent me 3 dictations. I think I was able to use my foot pedal, but cannot remember. The tests were very doable and they offered me a position. I jumped through all of their stupid hoops, only to be told I couldn't work in Windows 10.
From what I have read on MTStars, they are not a very good company to work for; sort of a mini Nuance/MM.
