I was just thinking the same thing. Who wants to spend time taking a test which can sometimes be a substantial time commitment only to find out they are offering unacceptable pay? Why would companies want to wade through all these tests and applications? If they show they rate only those willing to accept it will apply and save everyone a hassle.
