I was given a way to calculate line count by manager in April, 2016, in writing, supposedly from DStrite, then head of HR. Turns out that is NOT the formula they have been using (I was meeting line requirement way back then). They are only using "majority" of lines, (typed OR edited) NOT typed (x2) plus edited (x1)... you will NEVER, EVER be able to meet the production quota if are more than an 80/20 split in either direction...it is mathematically impossible. So YES, they are taking away (backing out..their term) PTO you thought you earned based on the never published "formula" they are now using. Scum.
