Read the above explanation by muah (complete with exponent explanation). You don't earn/accrue PTO for that pay period AND they take from existing PTO to bump your lines up to the minimum line requirement. I understand imedx is going to implement policies that line their pockets but, good grief, you think they'd inform us at least!!!
