Lets talk about this. - need to know

Is this PTO time being deducted because you did not previously meet the lph but were given the PTO anyway? I can see that, with the exception of that 26,000 per pp thing. However, say I did not meet the lph last pay period, 10/1 to 10/15. I am assuming that the PTO will not be added/given. They can't take away PTO from previous pay periods where you did earn it, including not paying current pay period. That is taking it away twice. Amphion transitioned to IMEDX. Our line count is figured differently but still hard to meet. The only reason we do is because we have been on OT all year.
