In a sense, yes. The end of the pay period will automatically generate your PTO (3.33 or 5, depending on time with comp). The next day when the system gets production, if you didn't meet the requirement there will be a -3.33 or -5 under it with a note indicating "did not meet req". There would also be additional deductions somewhere else indicating what pay period you did not meet req and the amount removed. For example -- -5 hours - Prod req not met for PPE (pay period ending) 8/15.
