Out of TAT? Then hop on and work TSMs! - team work

If TAT is so darn important,then why don't the TSMs do some reports instead of letting the account go out of TAT? Is it beneath them? Are they afraid of the audits? Unwilling to work extra or out of their schedule? Hmmm?
