I sorta of ignore their request as long as I'm within the standards. Otherwise, you have dictators putting a comma every other word. I would just put a numbered list and make it look nice... and if we could get away with it...i would type at the bottom of the note "this ain't Burger King..you can't have it your way"...lol I wish..
