Lymph nodes - Roman numerals or Arabic? - CuriousMT

I'm having a heck of a time remembering whether all lymph nodes use Roman numberals (with lower-case letters following them) like the neck/cervical lymph nodes do, or if some use Arabic.

I've searched and searched the BOS and have come up empty. I've been an MT for more than 10 years, but I just picked up an oncology client, so this is the first time I'm using these regularly.
