I'm working on just finding out all I can on the bare basics of IC. I'm sure it can be a really good thing. Pros and cons to everything. Tomorrow I'm going to call the person at the new IC company I'm supposed to start working for and ask just some basic questions on the job itself. And I think I mentioned earlier I have a friend who knows a lot about IC in general, as she does this for one or two local companies (not transcription, but other type of work) and knows a lot about how paying the taxes quarterly or whatever works, etc. and can give me advice on all that. :)
