Really HATE getting those DAYS SINCE LAST CPSE emails - Really, do they think we have to be reminded to be Posted: Oct 14th, 2016 - 4:30 pm
I suppose in some circumstances that sort of thing can be useful, but NOT for MTs, who happen to be mostly middle-aged (or at least grown) women, most of whom by the very nature of our personalities, consider ourselves to be perfectionists and take our errors very seriously. If we are making so many mistakes that they feel they have to "encourage" us to do better by that means, maybe there's something fundamentally flawed with the way they do things (i.e. pushing us to produce, produce, produce and punishing us by taking money from our paychecks)!
