and your post just put into words my exact thoughts!! Don't worry you are not the only one out here that feels like this. Somedays its all I can do to get through the day without just saying "screw it, I'm done" when every job has a wrong MRN or patient name or WT...it feels like I spend all day fixing the doctors mistakes and your right NO MTSO says anything to the hospital or doctors and they need to. It is THEIR fault when they make a mistake...not ours. I won't take the heat for doctor mistakes anymore. My own, fine, I can admit I'm human and make mistakes, why cant the doctors and MTSOs?
