An account has doctors who request findings/impressions from other reports be added to the present report. We have to put that in the QA box. Fine. But! This doctor is requesting changes to some of the previous diagnoses, and I have to type this in the QA box! She dictated over a minute. I am thus not getting those lines included in my line count, or getting paid for those lines. My lph is already below 165, so I don't need any help falling into PM.
