CA laid off employees: Do we have to work tomorrow - on Friday the 30th if we are Posted: Sep 29th, 2016 - 10:18 pm
scheduled? Or is today (thursday) our last day. I noticed in ADP that there are 2 checks, one for 2 weeks that is through the 23rd and then one check for 1 week that ends Fri the 30th. Haven't even worked Friday yet but already got paid (I guess average hourly)....so I have a good mind to just NOT work tomorrow at all!
Or, are they hoping a lot of us will do just that and then they can say we didn't meet the agreement to work though the 30th and use that as a reason not to pay out the severance....???? Anyone? I sooooo do not want to work tomorrow. I'm so done with them....
