Once you are off QA and left alone to just do the work they are ok. The two women who run things can be moody, and if a client complains, you will be blamed even if it is doctor error. Pay is always on time, direct deposit every two weeks. Rate is standard. Many of their MTs have been there for many years. They will only classify you as an IC, so no minimum wage protection, overtime pay or paid time off. They have not required a quota of lines per hour - it just has to be within turnaround time which is a big plus.
