Otherwise, if you've decided to stay on and become a Nuance employee, probably best to figure totally minimum wage for your state, which is really all that is guaranteed. You could make more on the pay grid, though, but that can't really be guaranteed, so you're very likely going to be able to stay on your husband's insurance.
