have filed wage claims with the Labor Board and have received settlements of over 10 thousand dollars. If all 140 did not accept the severance and filed wage claims, wouldn't that add up to 1,400,000? Don't you think that an average of 2000 each in severance for 140 people is cheaper than 1-1/2 million? I think we have legal recourse, but I think most of us will just take the money and count ourselves fortunate to be gone from this awful place. I for one live paycheck to paycheck and cannot afford to not take the severance and wait for the wage claim (3 months) or class action suit. I am sure that is what they are counting on.
