Don't spend your money on buying it if you already have BOS2. They have all the BOS3 updates in a file available on the FIESA website, which if you make the switch you'll become all too familiar with. Basically, in FIESA where all the account specs are available for viewing and download, and in that same section is where you can access the file for the BOS3 updates (BOS2 changes).
