i came back (someone needs to know) because we moved to a remote area, wanted insurance for my son who is disabled and requires my care at home. my point, lot of complaining on here for legit reasons, and i am shocked at the way this company has gone down as far as the way they treat their MTs. when i was here we made more money, no nit-picking and not so strict on schedule, knew we were human - i know very well your boss makes a huge difference, and so sad to me that some of them dont care that all people have a life. that is just ignorant to me! my question was, how does this company make so much money and we make so little? the hospitals pay mmodal, mmodal pays its employees, who types the reports???
