I proofread every report. I don't dwell too long on things I can't immediately get first run through the report, leave a marker, finish the report and go back to the blanks. It's very hard not to "hear what you see" when ASR prints it wrong so I blank it and go back. Usually I fail for things that will kill a patient, you know an added a or ed, was or were, because the doc dictated them wrong and I didn't catch it. Excuse me, I'm not perfect, sorry.
