I worked for those VERFLIBITICKS for about 18 months I think. During that time I had a retirement account with them. I cannot get the money out because I moved, and can't get Nuance to change my address with Fidelity, and Fidelity will only send the money to my old address unless Nuance changes it. I have not lived there in over 2 years, and it is the kind of address that the check would just get stolen anyhow -- HOW do I get Nuance to change my address?? Any ideas? I've written them over and over and been ignored.
