Pay stubs, Internet statements, any emails regarding FIESA - Fedup

I brought emails regarding FIESA and an email stating researching and FIESA was "factored into the line rate." When paid production, it isn't legal in CA to factor in any additional work. I didn't have all my internet statements at my meeting but I was awarded it anyway. If I had to do it over, I would obtain those statements. I also had an email stating I needed to clock out for any breaks taken and use PTO time if thatmade me short even 30 minutes at the end of the week.
